I am a dedicated Career Guidance Professional and Educator with a strong passion for helping students discover the right academic and career pathways based on their interests, abilities, and future goals. With PhD from Biotechnology an 15 years of extensive experience in student mentoring, career counselling, and academic planning, I work closely with students from middle school to higher education, as well as with parents who seek clarity and direction for their children’s future.

My approach to career guidance goes beyond marks and ranks. I focus on aptitude, personality, skills, and real-world career opportunities, ensuring that students make informed, confident, and sustainable career decisions. I have guided students across diverse streams including Science, Commerce, Arts, Engineering, Medicine, Psychology, Design, Management, and emerging career options.

As an educator, I bring a strong academic foundation combined with practical exposure to competitive exams, college admissions, course selection, and skill-based career planning. I have also worked with online and offline learning platforms, helping students prepare strategically for exams while building clarity about long-term career goals.
